Service Areas:  We proudly serve Forsyth, Dawson, Cherokee, Cobb, and North Fulton counties, as well as Gainesville, Dahlonega, Suwanee, Buford, Flowery Branch, and Sugar Hill. 

Payments we accept: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, most major credit cards, and checks. We do not accept American Express. There is a $30 service fee for returned checks.

Arrival window:  Due to the unpredictable nature of mobile servicing, we ask for up to an hour of leeway from the scheduled appointment time. Every effort will be made to be on time, but for the safety of pets and people, sometimes things run behind. 

De-matting: Your pet's safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I will refuse any service that has a likelihood of causing pain or undue stress to any pet. I will work with you to determine the best solution to a matted coat with the understanding that sometimes the only HUMANE solution is a shavedown, which can take time and is dangerous, due to mats on skin and not knowing what mats could be concealing. Brushing out mats can also cause coat damage, making the coat apt to mat again very quickly. De-matting will incur a charge of $2/minute with a 40 minute maximum. 

Fleas and Ticks:  Dogs with fleas will be treated and charged ($50). No exceptions. This includes the flea treatment, which is not a repellent, and will only kill fleas currently on the dog, and a cleanup fee to ensure no fleas or larvae can infest other pets. Tick removal is limited to 3 ticks, and dog will be treated with flea and tick shampoo and charged an additional $25. 

If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours. We will make every effort to make it right. Due to the nature of this business, we do not offer refunds.
